Frequently asked questions

Do we lose control?

No. Your clinicians perform the initiating visit, provide supervision, and review and sign every monthly note. Clinical questions always come back to you.

Do your navigators give clinical advice?

No. Our navigators handle scheduling, referrals, prior-auth follow-up, benefits, and resources. Every clinical question is routed back to your practice.

Do patients owe anything?

PIN and CHI are Medicare Part B services, so the standard deductible and coinsurance apply unless the patient's supplemental coverage pays them. Patients are informed about cost-sharing when they give consent.

A short call is the fastest way to find out. Tell us about your practice and we'll follow up.

Services are billed by your practice and furnished by SageAlly's care team under your clinicians' supervision.
