Meet Joseph Shemano, Founder
Joseph is a Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), and also holds the Certified Geriatric Care Manager (CPGCM) credential. After helping his grandparents navigate Medicare and complex care needs, he saw how much of a patient's outcome depends on what happens between visits.
Referrals that never get scheduled, prior auths that stall, rides that fall through, and benefits that go unclaimed. Practices know these gaps well, and their staff absorb most of that work without pay.
